OUR STORY

Lake Dillon Eye Care was established in June of 2012.  Our Optometrists, Dr. Wills Vanray and Dr. Melissa Vanray, partner to provide the highest quality eye care, combined with professionalism, respect, and unmatched compassion for their patients.  Here at Lake Dillon Eye Care, we believe that healthy eyes lead to healthy living - it's the Colorado way.

DR. WILLS VANRAY, OD

OPTOMETRIST & OWNER

Dr. Wills Vanray is a 2006 graduate of Southern California College of Optometry. He completed a residency program in hospital-based primary care and ocular disease with the Indian Health Services in Gallup, New Mexico. He is experienced in treating glaucoma, diabetic eye diseases, trauma, and systemically-related ocular conditions. Dr. Vanray practiced for 7 years with the Indian Health Services, working directly with Ophthalmology department providing pre and post operation care. He was also the Diabetic Coordinator at Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) in Shiprock, NM, co-managing diabetic patients with the Internal Medicine Clinic, and ensuring they received regularly scheduled care.


Dr. Vanray received the Most Outstanding Optometrist Award in 2010, while working at NNMC. He strives to provide the highest quality eye care for every patient, with the same level of compassion and respect. He believes in working intimately with other disciplines of the medical community to ensure the overall well-being of each patient. As a refugee from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Wills grew up in Long Beach, CA., and now he loves calling Colorado his permanent home. Dr. Vanray has been practicing at Lake Dillon Eye Care since 2013, and has owned the practice since 2017.
